November 2012 Real Estate Market Update for Bristow VA 20136

The Bristow real estate market has been holding strong for sellers. There was a 13.16% increase in the average sold price of single family homes year over year. Inventory dipped slightly lower again this month with a total of 55 homes for sale. Of the 55 homes 33 are re-sale and 22 are new construction priced from $250,000 to $599,900.

Of the 33 re-sale homes on the market for sale, 23 are single family homes and 10 townhouses / condo's. The inventory for short sales and foreclosures / Bank owned properties are down as well.

The low inventory along with low interest rates has made for a GREAT SELLERS MARKET! The entire county of Prince William has seen a year over year increase in the average sold price. Manassas City has seen the largest increase of 20.96%. Manassas Park has seen the average sale to average list price increased 93.98% to 99.1%.
